"Excellent value for very large 3 person room. Ive stayed before and always find this place a bit strange. Evening food options are limited. Reception staff could do with being more welcoming."

"First stay in the Crown Plaza in Stratford upon avon but we try to go two or three times a year,and have stayed in quite a few different Hotels, but the Crown Plaza is my favourite,it's a beautiful Hotel,the room was lovely and the staff are wonderful friendly and so helpful,the place is spotless and the garden overlooking the river is so nice to sit and have a meal and drinks,can't wait to hopefully go again before too long."

"Incredible place. Couldn't fault much, which is rare. The only thing we struggled with were the swim times for kids as there were strict adult-only sessions. However, staff couldn't have done more - they were attentive, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was nice enough and food from the main evening menu was good. The grounds are lovely and the inside is stunning. So many nice places to sit and relax or eat and drink. Location-wise, the hotel is in the centre of a triangle of places to visit. We chose Warwick for dinner on the first night. Dogs are welcome but this doesn't compromise the cleanliness of the hotel or rooms. We had the most incredible stay. Would definitely recommend and come back."

"The team are so helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. I asked for a change of room and Kunal sorted it straight away. The breakfast was delicious and our room was lovely. We will stay again, lovely place "

"Room was so dirty, spiderwebs coming from the lights. Carpets were filthy so were the walls. Lamp looked like it was covered in sick, shower had dirt and mould in it. Bathroom mirror was filthy. Hair over back of the toilet and in the bath."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel situated in the middle of Stratford upon Avon literally a minute walk to Shakespeare’s birth place home. The staff are so helpful and nice. We arrived late yet still able to grab dinner in the restaurant at 9pm. The food here is outstanding. Breakfast included also on point. Truly we didn’t have anything negative to say about our stay. "Great hotel, good location, clean, excellent and attentive staff. Hotel room spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Would stay again. Noting the car parking is £22.50 until about 1.30pm the next day, not 24 hours from arrival."

"Although the property is undergoing renovations, staff apprised in advance so it was not a surprise when we arrived. And! the workmen were not only accommodating but quite genial. The room was well appointed and the amenities were great (love the biscuits!). The complimentary breakfast is really tasty with a lot of choices. Best.hotel.ever!!!"
