"Throughout our stay there was a terrible smell of sewage in the hotel especially in the lobby. The doors were kept wide open to have fresh air come in. It did not help. Talking to the staff they pretended that everything is in order. The room was warm so we opened a window. Had to shut it off immediately because of the smell. We ate at the Michelin star restaurant at the hotel. One of the worst meals we ever had. the food was mediocre, and, every now and than a smell of sewage was introduced...

"Amazing place and location. Breathtaking views, beautiful outdoor and indoor pools with thermal water, luxurious spa. Wonderful restaurant with the best Tuscan specialties, second to none wine list. Beautiful room with own private garden, entire property and gardens impeccably maintained, peaceful surroundings typical of the Tuscany hills.
