"The listing is accurate. The place is very spacious and clean. We had 9 people including young children and we had plenty of space to spread out. Nice sized kitchen with a large dining area. The location is residential but easy access to interstate and attractions. The driveway is STEEP when it snows. There is not much of a yard since it's on a hill for young kids to be outside. Very close to zoo and Broadmoor."

"Room was very clean. Shower pressure was amazing! Our heater was out but maintenence had it fixed within 30 minutes from the time we called to report it. Jeff was great! He even brought us 2 breakfast vouchers for the inconvenience. Vallet, front desk, manager on duty and even the Starbucks staff were the best! We stayed there the night before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving day. Will definitely be back. Gorgeous hotel and lots of history! Very elegant! "

"This house was so amazing for our family. It was in a great location with fabulous views, with something for everyone in our group! The beds were so comfortable and we had plenty of room to cook our meals together… perfect for a family of 13! Our teens and preteens (and adults also) enjoyed the sports amenities… workout room, lap pool and hot tub, pool and ping pong table as well as air hockey! Thanks so much for being the best hosts!!! Highly recommend this house! "

"Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with no disturbances. The house obviously has some age to it but was maintained very well! Rooms were clean, kitchen was well stocked, the check in process was smooth and easy.The hot tub was nice and clean, we enjoyed the hot tub a lot! The hot tub was missing the cover stand or whatever it's called that makes it easier to open... but it was not impossible to manage.Thank-you for the excellent place to stay on our anniversary!"
