Red was pleasant and made the check in process seamless. Our room was spacious and extremely clean. Facility was spotless, accessible and perfect for our little trip! The staff at the hotel was exceptional. Attallah was amazing helping us change rooms when we noticed the smell of sewage in the room we checked into. The rooms were overall ok. Linens were old and some were stained. We had to use the pull out couch for our 11 year old and the mattress and bedding were stained. The place served is purpose. Needs an update.

Our stay was amazing but had to pay an extra $10 of parking everyday to park in a parking lot next to the hotel. I felt this should be included in the stay. Other than that the breakfast was amazing and the rooms very clean and spacious!

It is so comfortable because they have a coat for pickle ball and indoor pool. Pool is a little bit small but it’s ok for kids playing. There is gym and breakfast is so nice!

I would highly recommend this hotel. The area is great, close to dining, shopping and also the highway if needed; however, it is very quiet. The suites are spacious, very clean, they have a small kitchen, dining and sitting area. They also provide a large desk to work with a fast internet. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

This is an older property but the rates are very reasonable. You get a lot for your money at this hotel. Small breakfast in the morning was nice. Nice big seating area by lobby is very nice as well. I needed a late check out as I had a flight to catch in the afternoon and the front desk personnel working the early morning shift took care of us which was great.

The room was clean but they miss some areas was not 100% clean Bed was comfortable, but the couch wasn’t it was actually really bad Pool was not working for the 3 days we stayed they offer to go across the street to the sister hotel but that it’s really inconvenient

The thing I love about Marriott is they have the best trained people who understand they are in the Hospitality Business. No one else even approaches Marriott. It doesn’t matter if you stay at a Ritz Carlton or a Fairfield Inn you will experience an excellent staff focused on making your stay enjoyable.
