Easy commute for my work and loved being able to park in the garage out of the hot Arizona sunshine. Everything about the reservation was smooth - easy check-in and check-out process. "This is a new home in a great quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner had snacks in tbt kitchen and bottled water in the fridge. I highly recommend staying here. We will be back when traveling through Kingman again."

"The property wasn't what we thought. To start we had to wait an hour while it rained to get in. She didnt have our keys ready. The place was not secluded. I had some weird neighbor come and talk to me about whether I had permission to have a fire. The google map took us down this 5 mile dirt road. That when it rains, u can easily get stuck. We almost did. I found a longer but safer route. U should have made a point about that so noone gets stuck. The people in Chloride were nice. It was cool...

"This was a great property. Close enough to the action of Laughlin but out of the craziness. House was great, very clean. Offer white towels so be careful because there is a fee for any stains. We would happily stay again "

"We came into town to celebrate a family wedding. We absolutely loved staying here. It was the perfect place for our family to relax, grill and hang out while we were in town. It was very clean and well taken care of. Most anything we needed was available at the property, which is so nice when you’re flying and limited on what you can bring. We loved staying here and will definitely return when we come back for another visit."

On arrival we called the contact number (owner lives in Tennessee) and before we could get him to answer the phone we discovered the key box on the door knob was not locked and the entry key was inside. There was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The bed was not made up. The house smelled like cat. It was not equipped as well as previous Vrbo's we...
