it is one of the finest hotel i have ever stayed. the team took excellent care of us. each room has its own pool and food is excellent. need to stay minimum three days. thanks to worawee, mam we had a great stay. also the manger helen was on the ground which is unique thing to see. extraordinary view, service. one of the best in asia.

Wow - fantastic resort! The check-in procedure was a joy - cold towels, delicious fresh drink, flowers, and the utmost of attention from the staff. The staff here are excellent - everyone we spoke with was fantastic - the people are really great!!! The condition of the resort is near perfection. The views are fantastic. The restaurants serve excellent food, with outstanding service. They have golf carts and will drive you throughout the resort at any time. The beach is great, as is the pool....

This has been the best resort ever in my lifetime. The facilities, the rooms, and most importantly the service were top-notch and will always be remembered. We have been staying in many luxurious resorts, but the IHG Phuket is the new watermark for comfort and convenience. A big thank you to the resort team, you have exceeded all expectations!

Beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Mattress was softer than typical in Thailand. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Well-maintained pool. Transportation to other rooms and restaurants on-property was easy and generally fast, unless they were very busy. Food was delicious. Drinks (alcohol) were okay. Not far from elephant sanctuary and shopping. Farther from scuba points. Beach is a short drive. Would stay again.

The rooms are just amazing, huge, nicely setup, we had a top floor with laguna & sea view which really made it the perfect place to stay. The staff is really there for you, helping, smiling, not pushy like in many other places, you feel at ease. Matthieu (from the hotel) did give us a lot of info so that we could make a good use of our time there, we rented a scooter directly at the hotel to get around and for a good price (if you want a car, rent it from known agencies, would be half the price...

Absolutely incredible. The pictures don't even do it justice even though they are gorgeous. We had our room made and stocked with water and chocolates multiple times a day so every time we came back from our daily outing we returned to a clean room. Room service is fast and delicious. The oriental spoon is a truly fine dining experience with A+ food and service. Get the breakfast too in your package. It was usually the same each day but with lots of choices like a chef for your eggs, gluten free...

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the Banyan Tree Phuket was amazing. Everything was beyond top notch. Every aspect of the Villa was amazing (How will any other hotel ever compare?). The daily breakfast was delicious beyond words. We highly recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be truly memorable.

Our stay here was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is gorgeous and the private beach, while we couldn’t swim, was really the cherry on top. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs, but the staff were happy to give us a ride back up to our room in a golf cart. I cannot say enough about the staff at this resort. Friendly staff helped us/said yes to all our requests and needs from arranging local transportation, local tours (we did elephant trekking and a sea canoe excusion), re-arranging check out etc. Great food in every restaurant. Beautiful property with a clean, quiet beach. We'd stay here again if we return to Phuket.

Best beach in Thailand. Hotel is big and secure. Staff is very helpful and friendly. But breakfast is poor compared to other 5* hotels that we have been to. Otherwise this is the best location for family holiday

We loved our little beach vibe bungalow! The bed was so comfy! This hotel is a little isolated and right on the beach. Just what we were looking for. With 4 pools, a water slide, games rooms for kids, pool table, complimentary library, inexpensive restaurant right on the beach offering a free well proportioned kids meal with each adult meal, it worked out well for our family of four. There is a laundromat on site and the spacious rooms are equipped with a kitchenette and all the cutlery and crockery you need. Surprisingly there's a Tesco-Lotus supermarket...

Had an amazing experience staying at this resort. The staff was great, and very accessible. Massage appointments were easy to book and the massage itself were great. Nora Beach Club was next to the property and was pricey.

Loved the resort it was just what I needed after my 9 day tour of Thailand. Check in was fast and easy and got my room right away. It had 2 pool areas both beautiful and big trees lining the white sand beach. We ate at the seaside restaurant that night and had the best fish and chips ever. There were places to eat and shop right behind the resort very convenient, the location was perfect and not a crazy party place.

All staffs were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out, both went smooth and with high efficiency. Our bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice; and, the restaurant was relaxing with wonderful pool side view.

I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. In my younger years I worked in hospitality, so I'm a bit jaded about hotels, especially resorts. But I thought I'd go for the experience and am pleased to say that the Slate exceeded all expectations. In over 60 years of travel, I'd be hard pressed to say that I've had better service, cleanliness and meals...

This was just an incredible experience. Daow was incredible, she really made our stay there so amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
