"The service at this hotel Oberoi was one of the best service I have ever received from any hotel I have stayed at. I have stayed at many hotels in the world and this is my favourite hotel. The staff service was excellent. The Duty Manger Shivansh Kansal service was excellent. He was very attentive to all the guests and also made sure that my time at the restaurants was very comfortable and helped me with all my requests. The food was superb and was off very high quality. You could tell the ingredients were of very high quality. The Assistant Front Office Manager Meet Aurora service was very good. He made all my requests were attended to and was very helpful. The Spa Team was very good and there service was excellent. The Spa Manager Rajkumari Prativa Devi service was excellent. She and her team were so accommodating and were always ready to help and gave excellent service. Right from the Massage, Gym and Swimming Pool the experience was very memorable. Special Thanks to Santosh for the great service he had provided at the Spa. His service was excellent. The Lifeguard at the Swimming Pool Razak was very helpful and gave excellent service. Limile gave a very good massage.. The other staff Abhay Dombe, Hmingi, Jessica and W,Khongleh Warden service was also excellent. I had an excellent experience at this hotel and was treated like a Rockstar. I will always remember this experience and will definitely come back to this hotel when I am back in Mumbai for my future visits to Mum"

"The staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast had very sub standard quality with minimal options. Location is in extremely crowded environment. Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom, definitely not good for a family to use the toilets and bathrooms as the layout is unsuitable for a family with kids"

"Good clean hotel to staying with basic amenities . Friendly staff, good options offered at free included breakfast. Unusual feature also offered during breakfast is free foot massage ( by blind people) and live flute music , which too is played by a blind person. Extremely grateful to hotel management for providing such opportunities to individual with disabilities. "

"Great location. Right across the street from Hutatma chowk metro station. Rooms are in great condition. Looks like its been recently renovated. Staff is very polite and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and well appointed. The bathroom door is sturdy and takes some effort to open. May be a bit difficult for elderly. Water wasn't hot, but given the climate that was not an issue. AC was effective and all controls worked. Restaurant on premisis although I didn't eat there. Many famous joints around with a wide variety of cuisines.The hotel offers a small single room at very reasonable prices which is perfect for single travellers. "
