"We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Anna attended to us. She was all smiles, friendly and very welcoming! This was so nice especially when we just got off a flight and was exhausted. We also had a free upgrade of rooms which were a pleasant surprise and the rooms did not disappoint. It was nice, big and very clean. Made resting so much better when it was a good environment. Rooms were cleaned everyday and amenities replenished daily. Staff was friendly and helpful! Hotel was also in a super convenient place and we could walk to most places. The subway was also a short walk away! Overall was a super good stay and will return to stay here for subsequent Chongqing trips! "

"Everything was very good, especially the staff. I speak little Mandarin and they did their best to explain locations to me. The words written on each light button are too small for people who cannot read small prints. I suggest you number each button from 1 to 8 or 9, indicate what each button is for, laminate it and stick it on the wall or bedside table. "

"Located in CBD pedestrian food heaven. Amazing food stalls are everywhere and easily accessible to metro and bus. The hotel is also super clean and nice. The bar at 29th floor is rotating with a 360 view. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Chongqing. It is on the higher end but well worth the price"

"Great views of the river. Safe being next to a police station. Easy access to taxis and public transportation. Rooms were large apartments with full kitchen and laundry machine. Breakfast buffet is fabulous "

"Amazing location for the hotel. Hotel staff were super friendly and were very helpful. We got a late check out for a later flight which was amazing! There is a washer and dryer which is great to use! The only issue is that someone smoked in the bathroom so there was cigarette smoke in the room. No fridge in the room which wasn't a problem. Otherwise it was a great stay and would definitely stay here again. "
