"基本食器類や部屋もリノベーション済みで大変綺麗です。Netflixも見れるなど配慮も良いですが、隣に少人数の施設も併設されており、そこの人にうるさいとグループだったので言われた為、敷地内に欲張って建てすぎた結果ではと思いました。駐車場が小さすぎて車4台ギリギリです。それ以外は全て良かったと思います。"

"1棟貸しで快適で部屋も綺麗で良かったと思います。ですが設備のメンテナンスが不十分だと感じました。テラスのテーブルは一つ破損していて使えない、屋内用のホットプレートは使い古されていて正直汚い、備え付けの洗濯機は何度やっても脱水でエラーが起き、旅行先なのに洗濯物がびちょびちょのまま袋に入れて持ち帰りました。タブレットを使ってビデオ通話でチェックインと説明が行われるのですが、オペレーターが外国の方で、なんとか聞き取れるくらいのギリギリの日本語での対応でした。この程度の人がオペレーターやってるなら施設の清掃やメンテナンスもその程度なんだろうなと思ってしまいました。楽天が経営してるので全く問題ないだろうと安心して宿泊しましたが、建物や部屋が綺麗なこと以外は正直微妙だと感じたので、もう利用しないかなと思います。 1棟貸しって正直どこまで片付ければいいのかもあまりわからなくて、綺麗にして返さないとダメかな〜と思い、洗い物や掃除などでチェックアウト前にバタバタしてしまい、旅行なのになんとも休まらない宿泊になってしまいました。"

"3世帯で父のお誕生日のため利用させてもらいました。お庭もガレージ広く、また、間取りも広々していて利用しやすいです。思ったより、環境は静かではなかったです。家の前の道路が抜け道になっているようで、かなり大きいトラック通ります。リビングにいる時はさほど気になりませんが道路側の寝室は少し揺れます。各お部屋にエアコンもあり快適でした。 BBQと手持ち花火をして盛り上がりました。また家族のイベント時に利用させてもらいたいです。"

"It was hard to find a place to stay. And it was difficult to understand because all the instructions were in Japanese."

"Mr. Kim is really what made this property a big 5 stars. He drove us all over, gave us tips and taught us about the local culture. Mr. Kim made our stay wonderful! Location was perfect with great restaurants, grocery and drug store within a few minutes walk. We also discovered a great area by the river where I had my morning runs along a beautiful path, hubby worked out a the playground and kiddos played as well. The only negative was that there is no living room for the family to gather....
