"Breakfast hours were good from 6am-10am. Pool hours are very inconvenient should be from dawn until midnight for people who like a morning swim or a late night swim(especially when the desk is manned by staff). My rooms thermostat was broken. I noticed it after returning from a short trip to get food. I set it to 68F and it was at 98F when I returned 4 hours later. A male front desk staff asked to enter my room alone to try and fix the matter. Im very familiar with HVAC and I knew it could not be fixed immediately without a maintenance man. He entered my room without a escort knowing I was alone in my room because he checked me in. This was at 11pm. I felt very unsafe. This could be a future issue for travelers if this occurs again. He gave me a new room not far from my previous room and everything worked out fine. I commend his efforts but this was unprofessional to try and do this after hours alone. Parking is small and the pool was extremely dirty and full of bugs. The hot tub water pump was so loud I couldn't enjoy it. The rooms were ok and the breakfast was complimentary and not even worth waking up for."

"The check in and check out are conducted at a kiosk with no person physically at the property, which I do not like. The motel is hidden behind the Wingate. It's definitely no frills but OK for one night."

"Disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Definitely not up-to-date. There was only one coffee condiment pack in the room and the sugar packs had tape around them. Breakfast was minimal."

"This stay was one to remember, after a 2 am police check point, we arrived at the hotel to a very unhappy hotel receptionist. We asked for a late checkout due to our long night where she rudely refused stating that they were busy and can’t do that. After that interaction We had trouble with our door she seemed agitated that we came back down after getting in the room successfully we noticed the volume on the tv was not working, she only insisted it was the remote so she replaced the remote that still didn’t solve the issues. So we just decided to go to sleep. Spoke with morning front desk receptionist she was really nice and had someone come to our room to fix tv but at this time it was about time to check out."

"The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had some minor problems with the shower and it was fixed in a short time. We liked that the hotel was within a short walk to the beach. Some good restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great stay. "
