Sugar Bay Barbados is a ver new ce, intimate place to stay. The service and team members were exceptional, professional, friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing. There was s a hidden gem in walking distance to see if you like horses and traveling with children. You are able to ride and interact with the horses.
A group us stayed there for a wedding, beautiful views and scenic back grounds.
I highly recommend Sugar Bay Barbados.

Very nice, clean property with friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Meals and drinks were all good at the restaurants and bars. Always ample seating at the pools, beach, and bars. Children at the resort were so well-behaved. We liked the beach, but we were very disappointed that it wasn't a particularly swimmable area. Sargassum seaweed, rough surf, broken coral, and rocks prevented us from going in the water. We went over to the Caribbean side, and it was absolutely beautiful, and we were able to swim in the calm, clear water.

It is hard to put in to words how unique and special this property is, truly! From the second you walk in the door you are treated so kindly. There is a level of personalization, hospitality and thoughtfulness that I have never experienced, and it was such a highlight during my first trip to Barbados! Everything from the friendly and fun staff, to the comfortable rooms and interior decor, it is a true gem. It is the type of place that I would wish to visit for many years to come as a tradition with family and friends. Thank you very much for a wonderful long weekend!

Staff is great. We enjoyed our stay. Easy to get water bottles. AC worked well. Food was good. We had a seaweed problem but they offered free transportation to another beach with chairs and umbrellas and a staff member stayed with us and took vert good care of us.

"I was coming to this hotel every year before COVID… I stopped during COVID and now I’m back. Some things have changed.. the pool bar doesn’t appear to ever be open, there was so much seaweed on the beach and wasn’t cleaned until the day before I was leaving. It was smelly and bugs were all over it. ..."
