"The staff was helpful from start to finish. Having a washing machine and dryer for free was a nice surprise. The bar was a nice quiet bonus at the end of a busy day! And the location was close to everything, but still a block away on a quiet street."

From walkikg in to the moment we left we were treated with such warmth, friendliness, cleanliness and hospitality that I personally have experienced thus far. 10 Stars hands down. Jamey, the hotel manager is spectacular. She helped us with whatever we needed, offered the most positive and friendliness in a person that's now a rarity. What a wonderful hotel and we can't wait to return The Comanche Hotel will be the only Hotel we will ever book in St. Croix. Amazingly clean and charming room, ocean view, right downtown so everything is in blocks walk. Amazing Pavillion whwre they have sip and paint open air available monthly. Beautiful and wonderful. I can't say enough how much we enjoyed this Hotel experience. "

"Room was right on the ocean. Nobody was swimming on their beach because of seaweed. Main Italian restaurant was closed. They are understaffed. Buffet dinner was mediocre. The bartenders were great and the bar food was very good. The room looked brand new. Only half of the staff were friendly and smiled. (Beware of driving on the island - no shoulders, can’t see around corners because of vegetation.)"

"The property is being renovated a still needs some attention. Don’t count on food or drinks being served in a timely manner. But the beach is amazing. Quiet snorkeling right from the beach is amazing. "

"Stayed in a villa which is just a large room but it is right on the water with a nice patio, two chairs and a table. It was a 1 minute walk to the pool. Hotel is somewhat secluded on the East End, which I thought was good but my wife wanted some activity at night and there was not any. We did stay Sunday-Thursday and there might be more activity on the weekend when the steakhouse restaurant is open. Overall, nice clean rooms, pool is excellent, right on the water but no beach or swimming from the hotel area. Public beach is an easy 10-minute walk."
