We also were surprised to see that house keeping service was on an every other day schedule. Definitely not what we are used to from Marriott."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The first room had roaches, so I requested a different room. Unfortunately, the second and third rooms were also dirty and not in acceptable condition. Because of the cleanliness issues, I was unable to stay at the hotel. To make matters worse, I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 nights I had reserved, even though I could not stay due to the condition of the rooms. I also spoke with the supervisor, who was rude and dismissive instead of trying...
