The location can’t be beat though in the station where all of Hiroshimas transit options are it’s so nice leaving your room and electric street car is right there. "The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ¥ 12,000 plus for the new room. The explanation given was because the new room was designated as a smoking room and we had asked for a non smoking. I was not convinced. I would not use this hotel again. "

"Staff were very accommodating and helped us understand where everything was even though we only knew minimal Japanese. They took the time to make sure we were comfortable. We had the executive room with a separate bath facing the Miyajima Island. It was a beautiful view. The only thing we wished was that the bath would be bigger and that we had more time at the hotel! They also have a free shuttle to and from the subway station. Thank you for the excellent hospitality & delicious assortment of local food. "

"Excellent location so very close to Hiroshima Station, just 6 mins walking. The breakfast was hot scrambled egg and little sausages, croissants, jam etc but also a varied Japanese style breakfast breakfast too. "
