"Overall not a bad stay, i got the open air bath room. Certain fixtures in the room were very worn and could use repairing. The bath on the patio was the highlight but it had a large leak from below causing the water to drain out faster than it could fill it. Breakfast was great and they had tatami tables. Overall not bad for the money but could be better"

"チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。"

"老舗のthe旅館。と言う感じ。夕食を追加しました。7,000円はとてもお安いです。部屋まで運んでいただいて、ベッドルームとは別の部屋でいただきました。美味しかったです。部屋もとても広くて快適でした。トイレや部屋にあるお風呂、洗面所も新しくて綺麗。温泉も丁度良い温度で肌もツルツルに。洗面台の化粧水乳液は雪肌精！ボディーソープやシャンプー等はポーラでした。また泊まりたい旅館です。"
