"It was inconvenient because I had to wait too long for the elevator. And I entrusted it to dry cleaning, but it was a bit damaged, so I waved the laundry fee, but the clothes were ruined. But the staff were friendly. It was good because the location was within walking distance of Myeongdong, Insadong, and Gyeongbokgung Palace. I think I'll be staying there again next time."

"The hotel itself was in a good location for us, clean, nice staff. But the room was SO HOT the entire time we stayed here for 5 nights. From the first night when we came in and forward the room was 23.5- 25 degrees C. We were uncomfortable sleeping at night, even after we had showered before going to sleep. The AC needs to be fixed. In the summer it is probably miserable "

Everything we needed was nearby, with so many shops and places to explore around the area. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. We also loved how clean and safe the surrounding streets felt. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"The Hotel is amazing! We stayed in a room with a full size fridge and wash tower. This allowed for great flexibility when it came to leftovers and washing clothes in our own time. The staff is great and the location is very good! With metro and bus stations at a very short walking distance. Will stay here again for sure!"

"It was our first trip to Korea and staying here was a great home base for a week long trip. It was close to City hall station to catch a bus or subway to anywhere in town and near shops, convenience stores, and the popular market right down the street. The room was extremely spacious and the room amenities (washer/dryer combo) were awesome. The staff was accommodating since we had a late departure and needed to leave our bags and the shuttle service to Seoul station was really nice too. We would definitely stay here again!"
