The hotel is just a short walk from Nakajima Koen Station, making it very convenient, yet the area is quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were polite and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere from check-in to check-out. The room amenities were decent, especially the complete skincare set which included cleansing oil, face wash, toner, and moisturizer. The public bath was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast buffet had just the right variety—not overwhelming, but enough to feel satisfying. On the day I stayed, they offered a mild-flavored venison (Ezo deer) curry and a ramen tasting corner featuring different styles from around Hokkaido, which made for a unique and enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Sapporo."

"Great hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. My room was clean and very thoughtfully designed. Only downside was the bed — my back hates the super firm mattresses in the majority of Japan hotels, apparently. Had to walk off back pain every day. The location was great! Super close to Sapporo station (entrance is around the corner and down some stairs), a Lawson's right around the corner across the street, 15-minute walk to parks and the outdoor shopping street. Best part was front desk staff: Everyone was SO helpful and friendly. They very patiently answered all my questions (asked via Google Translate lol) and helped me book my taxi to the airport when I checked out. They also were very patient with my numerous questions about luggage forwarding services. I loved my room. I first thought it was an open floor plan for the bathroom, then realized on my second night that there were doors — they just retract into the wall! So well designed. The breakfast was just ok, but no complaints considering the cost was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I visit Sapporo in the future. "

"The property is located a short but walkable distance to Sapporo station which wad perfect for me. There was plenty of konbini, and dining options around and a nice short walk to Odori Park, Sapporo TV tower and subway lines. The property is kept very clean and to a very high standard. Room size was adequate for single person. My only dislike is not being able to control the A/C individually per room but that is because i am a cold sleeper. Otherwise, great room."
