Hotel stream was a great choice. We ate free breakfast before heading out on our way out. The hotel has on the lower floors great places for shopping and eating at restaurants. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sapporo stream hotel was in an excellent location for all things that you could want to do in Sapporo. Many options within walking distance and public transport a stones throw away. The staff and amenities were excellent, the room was clean and a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back here next time.

I loved the modern rooms, the convenient mall connection, and the excellent lounge breakfast. However, I must point out that some reception staff had a consistently unfriendly demeanor. It is rare to see such "sour faces" in Japan, and it falls short of the usual high service standards.

It is very clean and nice hotel. However, the reason, I gave 3 star for cleanliness, is that there are a lot of dusty corner to corner, and especially, their drum washer/dryer need to clean up in details time to time. I feel like I can smell it after laundry is done.
