"The hotel was very nice. The location was great as it was quiet and very close to all the sights. The breakfast was just okay. We didn’t love it but it had different items every day so this was a positive. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Our main disappointment was that the back of the toilet -where there is a gap- was extremely dirty with fluff and even cotton buds. We only noticed this the last day, otherwise we would have asked for a different room. Slightly spoilt it for us. "

"Fairly modern hotel in both communal areas and room. Along a busy street so heard some street noise but not a big deal. The onsen was very busy and regularly had loud children."
