"Our visit to Puerto Rico was a spur of the moment decision for our family. We were lucky enough to find availability for the "Capri" residence for the time period that we were traveling. This visit was my parent's "last" trip to PR to visit with family and to show and share the islands' history and culture to their young grandkids. "Very nice place to stay near a great beach. My two biggest concerns were the absence of blackout curtains. The room closest to the parking space had see-through curtains. At night you can see in to the room when the lights are on inside, so you have no privacy. Additionally, there is no way to close the light out when you want to sleep. "The house has everything a group needs to enjoy their stay in Puerto Rico. Close the airport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Enough space to accommodate large groups and the property owner is very nice. Checking in and making sure we have everything we need and providing updates if necessary. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely rent again if possible in the future "

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds. The pool is awesome for all ages. There’s a couple restaurants down the road that serve awesome deep fried goodness and a wal mart 10 min away for grocery pick up.
