"The property is gorgeous and the staff is nice. Very local. But there is very very little detail about road conditions, how far it really is and how hard it is to get up there. If you are driving, it is a WAY past the town of Minca up a treacherous road. We were also assigned a cabin RIGHT next to their bar/night club which meant very loud music all afternoon and night. Not exactly the environment you are looking for going that far into the Sierra."

"Conveniently located, this property is run by Lucie, a French woman caring and fluent in English and Spanish. She runs the place in a warm way making it cozy and nice to be in. She cooks delicously as well. There are two calm and nice dogs that run freely. It is all a soothing environment. She arranges for transportation and gives u tips. Rooms and pretty, with AC. I spent almost a week in Divanga using it as base and the plays draws relaxed travellers fun to talk to. Super recommended. "

"A Fantastic Resort We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Having access to the spaces and amenities in the three neighbouring hotels, provided a lot of great space to explore. One thing to consider would be the time of year that you are traveling. For us, being in Colombia in low season provided us with fewer crowds and pleasant temperatures. The downfall however, is that many of the amenities onsite at the resort were either under construction or closed (restaurants, lounges, steam room, workout facilities). We can't say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and friendly and truly made our stay special. The life guard/ pool technician was especially amazing. We were so impressed with all of the roles he filled and always did everything with a smile. The staff at the main desk were also exceptional. Our only concern was communication (mostly because we don't speak Spanish). In the event of important hotel or community information or alerts, it would be great if email could be used to communicate with those who do not speak Spanish. In our case, there was a significant issue in Santa Marta (resulting in a lockdown of the city) that we were not aware of for several days. The apartment itself was really incredible. It was very clean, spacious and a pleasure to spend time in. You also can't beat the breakfast buffet- one of the best we have ever had."
