"The hotel is unique, good experience. Staff are friendly, breakfast was great."

"Lucio the owner was extremely helpful and reasonably priced driving us to wineries and telling us about the town and where to eat. They also serve a beautiful breakfast with fancy cappuccinos."

"A pleasant, simple option about a 4-minute drive from Motta di Livenza. This is a family-run affair, and it may feel as if you're living in a spare bedroom - but the owners were very pleasant and offered useful restaurant recommendations, and the breakfast was solid, if not spectacular. The rural setting, though, is delightful: two vineyards are within easy walking distance, and the adjacent small road works well for a morning jog. "

"Ok camera, bagno e parcheggio interno compreso . Cambio asciugamani e pulizia stanza ogni 2 giorni giorni."

"Prima slaapplaats, prijs/kwaliteit ok, heerlijke koffie bij ontbijt"

"very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency."

"It was absolutely stunning in every aspect. Would definitely stay again."

"Lovely rooms and staff."

"Lovely property! It is so special to stay right on the grounds of this unique winery. The grounds are beautiful, the wine is very good and the Osteria serves delicious food. The rooms are a little smaller, but are very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. We had a fantastic stay there."
