Erika made our stay incredible! Before we arrived, she arranged vineyard tours and tastings. And she was a smiling face every morning during our delicious breakfast on the patio. I highly recommend eating at the on-site restaurant- wine and food was delicious. And a bonus that time at the spa is included- a lovely way to unwind after a long day.

Hotel is very close to the main train station of Quatro D'Altino. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from that train station to main Venezia St Lucia and also provides the train tickets (Return trips) all for a total of 20 Euro's for 2 people. (Please note that the shuttle is not free.) The breakfast is normal but if you want to have some hot breakfast mainly eggs in any form you can ask them and they will prepare them for you. The “room” was a whole beautifully decorated apartment that was very conveniently located. Definitely recommend.

Friendly stuff and big clean rooms. Th hotel is 10 minutes driving from city center and very close to airport (about 5 minutes). Breakfast is nice but need to be upgraded.

Ask for the driver who will get you to and from the property. Our UBER driver got lost when we were coming from the airport. However, the front desk staff recommended making arrangements with Lorenzo to take us to the airport. He was efficient, helpful, and cost less. The rooms are simple and fresh. The grounds were beautiful and good for a morning or sunset walk. It is located outside of the community so plan to either order in (deliveroo app) or go out for dinner. If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

very clean, great location, and i was at first upset that there was no window...but surprise,,,it had a giant sunroof that opened up! will return esp because of the staff. Staff went out of her way to assist in an emergency.

nice hotel with easy 10 min walk to train. Breakfast was nice and very reasonable. We stayed at another hotel in the same area and paid more but were just as happy here.

Very nice people

The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.

Travelling as a solo guy this place covered everything I needed. Safe, comfortable, and walking distance from a few cafes and shops in town center. What caught me by surprise was the parking situation. Less than 5 available stalls and an unexpected parking fee of 6 Euro per day. A small wrinkle but fair. The staff is friendly and they do work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. If I return to Italy, I will definitely return to this hotel.

Great welcome, wonderful location and good night's sleep in comfortable surroundings. Buffet breakfast in the morning delightful, and bar service in the evening lovely way to end the busy day of sightseeing. Will definitely recommend staying at your fine hotel.
