"We loved staying here because it was away from the crowds and near to the first Alilaguna ⛴️ first stop from the airport. Brilliant customer service on arrival. We paid a high fee for 4 nights with child in early April 2024. Breakfast is €25 per person. We stayed in the junior suite (403). A lovely balcony top floor room. The sink in the bathroom is strange as ½ of it is enclosed under a mirror. The shower tap was broken, but usable. Very hot on demand 😃 The views are lovely as is the hotel...

"Wonderful stay at the Falkensteiner residences. Staff very helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. Lovely view of the beach. Great to have access to beach chairs with no issue or additional cost. Some great restaurants and gelato bars nearby. Would stay here again"

"Die Beschreibung auf Expedia ist etwas verwirrend und der Vermieter wirklich schwer zu erreichen. So war unser Urlaub: Vom Union Lido Team bekommt man bei der Einfahrt die Armbändchen und Wegbeschreibung zum Haus. Also waren Union Lido Services inklusive. An der Unterkunft wurden wir freundlich in Empfang genommen. Parken kann man direkt neben dem Mobilheim und auch vom Vermieter ist täglich jemand von morgens bis abends verfügbar.
