We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and received a nice bottle of Prosecco on ice with a happy birthday balloon. She loved it! I have two minor things I’m nitpicking. 1.) "The price you pay for a 4.5 star hotel and you get a closet for a room a literally a closet and had to change room which they did. But the room that was given had an upsale with a total amount for the a 5 star hotel in Venice. The rooms do not look like the pictures they’re much different. Overall it is not worth the money at all. And really it just made Venice experience way too expensive and not good enough. "

"Nice and convenient 😃. This hotel is very clean. Update bathroom. Nice size. Walkable. Less than 5 minutes walking to the bus station. ( Just in front of the hotel).Bus #7 take us to the historical center of Venice whose journey takes about 20 minutes to get there."
