"For a “resort” there was no poolside service, room service was limited. Had to repeatedly ask for our room to be stocked with towels, to, etc. Ran out of pool towels every day. Very disappointed."

"The property had everything one could need while on vacation. The beds were beauty rest and were quite comfortable. The pool area was always pristine and had great views of the mountains. The location was about 12-15 min from downtown PS which was fine for us. The area around the resort had wonderful restaurants and shops if needed as well."

"Heres the thing...we love The Saguaro for the vibes but the property could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. And the carpet in the rooms needs some serious love. Ive always felt like The Saguaro just doesn't care much about anything but the pool area. My daughter and I had an ok stay but lots of issues about housekeeping, clogged plumbing in our room etc. We addressed the issued with management but being 100% transparent they didn’t even get back to us until after we left the property. Management communicated that they were short staffed and that contributes to some of the issues but knowing that it was Spring Break time I dont fully understand how they weren't prepared. In a nutshell we enjoyed our stay because my daughter and I make sure we have a good time everywhere we go but I really hope they step up their game. The complimentary bicycles were great the restaurant is delicious and pool vibes are vibing but truth be told they absolutely must step their game up."

"Lovely place. Well appointed. Comfy beds. Clean. Well located. Hot tub and pool were a nice feature in the heat. Plenty of towels. Would be great to have extension cords so guests could plug in electronics at the bedside. Also no facial tissue onsite which isn't a big deal, but weird since the place isn't cheap. Property management was responsive and great. Owners clearly love their place and want guests to enjoy. We recommend the property!"

"This stay was very relaxing and just what I needed. I've been living in Seattle for almost 3 years and the weather there has been very hard for me. This was my first trip to Palm Springs and I was absolutely delighted with this place. The host had done little things to make it special: provided a bottle of wine with chilled glasses, k-cups next to the coffee maker, beach towels, bikes, etc. The pool was the perfect temperature and I especially enjoyed sitting out on the little patio just outside the sliding glass doors watching the hummingbirds. The apartment was designed in the mid-century style so I felt like I had been transported back in time. The current Joshua Tree guidebook was very appreciated as I used the information to visit there. The best part was the overflowing grapefruit tree, just busting with ripe fruit. I highly recommend this property!"

"Had a great time over Spring Break. The house was as described and we loved spending time outside in the pool. House location was convenient to downtown Palm Springs and we were able to try some of the popular dinner and coffee locations that Larry suggested and they did not disappoint!"
