"Staff were amazing, helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was very good, nice variety and specialty coffees. The rooms are a bit shabby, with the floor tiles broken in spots and very minimal amenities. The location is very quiet and double windows to block out sound. The air conditioning was not good, very weak and doesn’t get very cool. Not a problem for us in April but by summer it would be very uncomfortable. Ike storage in the basement was fantastic, able to clean and lock the bikes overnight was a real advantage."

"The front desk staff were excellent. The rooms itself have much to be desired. I felt like was back at my old college dorm and that was 30 years ago. The bed was small, pillows weren’t great and the ac never got the room cool. Luckily it was cooler out and we opened the window. Location was good. "

"Easy communication with hosts who were very helpful. Very comfortable beds. clean, easy apartment in the centre beside the Eiffel bridge. perfect location. Some noise from neighbours on the Saturday night but nothing which disturbed us. Would definitely book again."
