"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were immaculate and housekeeping was provided daily. We ordered room service for breakfast, and I was extremely satisfied with the taste, quality, price, and portion sizes. Kudos to the team at Hilton Downtown Columbus,OH."

"Room was clean and comfy. A/C unit was terribly loud. It would kick on/off in odd sequences. I should have put FAN ON mode so it was just always loud! Breakfast was dismal at best! Coffee and a choice breakfast sandwich out of (3) choices. You couldn’t take a bagel at half the price of the sandwich? Several other guests tried to substitute a lower priced item and denied as well. Coffee was coffee and standard creamer? Will not stay here again."

"This hotel is in downtown and convenient to many restaurants and businesses. It is also within walking distance to a number of attractions. It has its own restaurant where we enjoyed a good, reasonably priced breakfast and drinks in the evening. The Woodbury restaurant next door was excellent and offered a second dining option within steps. The hotel has a large, easily accessible parking lot for a small fee. The large room was clean and very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. The bathroom was a bit small but had plenty of towels and amenities. The only negative was that we used the service elevator throughout the day because the other elevators did not seem to be running."
