Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "Our room was spectacular along with the view of the mountains and the lake. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the lunch. The ONLY thing that needs attention is the dirty carpeting in the hallways and the area around the spa. It was filthy-need shampooing "
