"This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is automatically delivered in a picnic basket to your room each morning, which consisted of mostly baked goods. Quality was so-so. They really need to figure out how to serve a sit down breakfast for guests, There was a coffee machine in the room, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it, and all they had in the room were artificial creamers which we don’t drink. The front desk staff was very friendly, but every time we called them, for example to ask how to use the coffee machine, no one picked up the phone and the voice mail box was full."

"This was a pricey stay, but worth it. The convenient downtown location put us in the heart of so much of what classic Charleston has to offer. Our room was small but elegant and the lobby where we ate the breakfast offerings and Carmella’s (right across the street) gelatos, was beautifully decorated and peaceful. We would stay there again!"

"The staff accommodated all of our needs quickly and very good quality. Wrum was excellent. I wish the Wi-Fi was better just so that the TV reception in the room was not as splotchy. Overall, super experience."
