"When I arrived they couldn' see my confirmation number. I had to wait for a bit until the manager suggested for the front desk person to just check me in a room, She stated she will fix it. I've never had this sort of problem while trying to check in. I'm not who's fault that was but its not a good feeling when everything is paid for."

"The upgrades made to the property were really nice from the last time we stayed here. We love that price for close to Disney. Also they take pets so when we were moving it was great to spend a day at Disney and have a place for my cat to stay. "
