"This apartment is in a perfect location in Denver. Right across the street from the City Park, safe & quiet neighborhood and a lot of restaurants in the area. The owner is quick to reply to any correspondence. The apartment is cute, but it is small. The bedroom is very cramped, but we made it work. Our biggest concern was the air conditioning situation.
