"Property was great until me and all my guest was bitten by bed bugs.. our arms and back where bitten me my self has over 75 bite marks. While my guest have more. I had to do extensive cleaning of my clothes upon return home.. this is the worst experience I’ve ever had and it’s very uncomfortable and annoying dealing with the bed bugs"

"My wife and I stayed at San Felipe for 8 nights in June 2025. We had a wonderful time there and enjoyed every minute. This is a place devoted to birds and birders, with an excellent bird guide on staff. The cabins are spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and freshly cooked each day. The owners of the property live on site and are very friendly and helpful (and speak English)."
