At check-in, I had an issue because they couldn't apply my Gold status to the room upgrade, but I was able to communicate with Expedia via chat. After two attempts, they were able to speak to someone at reception. There are a lot of great people working there, including Alexis, Bonifacio, Carolina, Juan Carlos, Linda, and Fernando, among others."
