"Customer service vey good. Facilities need updating. The entrance is kind of mysterious. No visible. Room smell old. Towels old, no hair dryer, no iron, no coffee maker in room. Location is good close to restaurants and shopping mall. "

"No había agua caliente. Mi mamá no quiso tomar una ducha súper fría a las 5 am. Deben de pensar un poco en el adulto mayor. También, un carro estuvo muy cerca a la puerta bloqueando el acceso de este, nuevamente muy complejo para una persona con poca movilidad."

"La propiedad está en buen estado, el aseo puede mejorar un poco pero está bien. La comunicación puede mejorar antes de entrar al apartamento pero una vez entraron en contacto, todo salió muy bien. El apartamento es interior y no tiene ventanas a la calle."
