"This is a really relaxing place to stay. Everything is done to a high standard - the beds are really comfortable, the towels soft, the entire property spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and we loved relaxing by the pool or outside the room or the terrace. The staff weee very friendly. My only recommendation would be to add freshly squeezed orange juice to the breakfast menu. I recommend staying here."

The level of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was outstanding, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. "We had an amazing time here! The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming (reception giving great info about the area, booking taxis, great bar staff at the pool, friendly cleaning staff). The room was clean and very spacious (2 bed standard apartment( and had a lovely balcony). The beds and pillows were very comfortable. "We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future."
