"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "This property is perfect if you're looking for such a quiet place to stay, the swimming pool is amazing especially during the morning when a few people stay there, in addition to that, the property is near (10 min) a beautiful beach of the island. The only incovenient is about transports and distance to the centre because you must rent a car or it will be impossible to visit the island. "

"While some rooms are a little dated, the place is kept immaculately clean and the location couldn't be better. The staff are so friendly and courteous across the board. Having the beach literally steps from the pool is a massive plus. The breakfast was very good and varied."
"The apartment was clean, modern, a good size and well equipped for the two of us. It was particularly nice to have a decent sized balcony area with a small table and chairs isolated from adjacent balconies for privacy.

The staff were all really friendly and attentive, even greeting us on arrival with ice creams and a fan.
We stayed in the suite which I would highly recommend. It was spotless, had plenty of storage, fantastic air-con, and a beautiful outside space.
The hotel is in a great location, with so many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The breakfast was delightful, with a great selection of high quality food available.
The entire hotel is decorated beautifully, with plenty of places to sit and relax.

"I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this.
The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay.
From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming.
The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on.
What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable.
