Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room.
