"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. The room was very compact with the toilet and shower behind a glass screen next to the bed. Cleanliness and location was great just don’t expect the room to be as the...

"We loved this hotel! It was spotless, big comfortable bed, we had everything we needed. Lots of nice details considered, such as light up vanity mirrors and a coffee machine in the room. Great location too in the beautiful old town! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful - Fast responses to any questions we had, and always making sure we had everything we needed in the room. "This place will stay in my memory for a long time, a fantastic place, the whole city is unforgettable, and the hotel is in a very good location, very clean. The whole check in service is very straight forward with the machine, the room was incredibly well-kept, clean, ecological, with all the amenities possible"

"Good location and great swimming pools, perfect for families. Pillows were a little uncomfortable and the cleaning (toilet) not perfect when we arrived. The rest of the days were ok. Great access to the beach."
