"Simple rooms and shower facilities, with a shared kitchen and living space downstairs. This is so useful to share tips and experiences with others. The space has walk books and you can borrow backpacks, beach towels etc. Giuseppe made us breakfast each morning and looked over our plans for the day, giving us ideas and information. He could not have been kinder or more helpful.
Important fact! You can't drive into old Ciutadella! Parking in the Port Antic and getting used to a ten minute walk...
"Kind of an awkward intro because you HAVE to call the reception listed on the sign to get into the hotel (I'm not stupid, it's not obvious that you have to do that). But once you do that, you are in. Once you get to the room, it's awesome. However, the only thing is that like most European hotels, the door to the bathroom may as well not be there because it's completely not sound proof. "The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "While some rooms are a little dated, the place is kept immaculately clean and the location couldn't be better. The staff are so friendly and courteous across the board. Having the beach literally steps from the pool is a massive plus. The breakfast was very good and varied."

"I cannot imagine a better location, a better hotel and better hosts. This property is over 1,200 years old and recently renovated capturing all the charm of a hotel in downtown yet fully modernized. The water pressure is amazing! Our room was huge and had 15-foot ceilings. The hotel is literally four doors down from the square full of shopping and restaurants. The hosts, Pedro and his mother are so lovely and welcoming. We wish we had stayed longer! We will be back!"
