"This resort is excellent! I HIGHLY recommend staying in the suites with your own private pool. It is well worth it. The complimentary breakfast buffet and hot meal is very a really nice added touch and the service is great. It is walkable to nearby beaches, restaurants, harbor and shops. "We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. We had a wonderful time chatting with him. We were able to walk to the old town, restaurants, and markets easily. The ferry from Barcelona was an easy 20 minute walk, and the bus to Mahon was about about 8 minutes away. We look forwarding to visiting again in the future."

The level of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was outstanding, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The included breakfast was a delightful bonus - a great start to each day. The proximity to both beaches within walking distance was incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus. The fact that there was free parking available everywhere was a fantastic added benefit. I initially stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but I'm already looking forward to an extended stay of at least 10 more days in the near future. That's how much I enjoyed my time here!"
