"Lovely hotel and great staff. Rooms were tidy with many extra ammenities. Beds are a bit low to the ground but comfortable. Mini bar with lots of complimentary snacks. Staff recommended an excellent restaurant and booked our reservation. Valet parking. Only problem was the first morning there was no hot water :( Staff went to fix the water heater but it did not warm up before we had to leave. Pool a bit weird since it is crammed into a tiny deck space and looks like an oversized aquarium"

"My best stay in Spain.. everything was above and beyond.. exceeded my expectations on all levels.. the staff is super duper friendly and cooperative specially Inas.. I arrived early and they were able to prepare my room and let me in like 15 mins earlier than my scheduled check in.. location is fantastic… it is amazing.. I will definitely come back isa.. muchas gracias"

"The property is nice. The room is bigger than expected, looks newly renovated. However, we can smell cigarette smoke in our room and also a weird smell in the lobby and on the hallway. My wife and I did not make it a big deal. Breakfast was basic continental option. The best thing about this hotel is the location being very close to a lot of dining options and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful."
