"The hotel is located between Trento and Bolzano, and has everything we need for a short stay. They've offered a free mini bar, and the breakfast was also good. We had an inconvenient with the reservation, which was not their fault but from Hotels.com and they solved it quickly. Another inconvenient was on the shower area that was flooded due to a problem with the drain, but they also solved it quickly, even on the evening."

A causa di ritardi della circolazione ferroviaria abbiamo goduto poco della struttura (di fatto arrivati alle 23:30 di sabato e andati via alle 9:00 di domenica mattina), ma sono presenti servizi e ricoveri per bici e sci, un'abbondante colazione continentale e una cortesia dell'host davvero deliziosa. "Matteo was excellent ! Very helpful and attentive to our needs. The dining room staff was also very pleasant. Loved our room with two balconies and a jacuzzi. The separate toilet room also had its own balcony! The one thing we did was move the desk’s location. It made the room bigger and more comfortable. Excellent hotel!"
