The staff were every friendly. We callef for maintenance on the tv and they came right away, very friendly maintenance guy. It was very clean, accommodating, friendly and the pool and waterside was great

Room was clean friendly staff. Went for breakfast everything was empty. They refilled the hash browns but added like 2 and were gone instantly. Waffle batter had a drop left in it. Look was open from 6-10 but get kicked out so they can clean.

Staff welcoming and friendly. Room was very clean and everything supplied for our stay. Only little thing I would say was not great was the hot tub. The jets barely worked but the water was a nice temperature and we enjoy our soak regardless.

My wife and I really enjoyed this property. We stayed one night and even enjoyed the pool are and hot tub. It was a nice quiet location just outside the hustle and bustle of Grande prairie.

condescending useless staff

Be Aware! This hotel caters primarily to road crews. Located in an industrial area and next to a smelly loud gas station. Not a family friendly stay. Absolutely horrible check in experience with a condescending unhelpful and ultimately useless assistant manager named Sarah M. Relocating my practice 3000 kms with 3 children in tow is taxing enough there is no need for that kind of behaviour. Assistant manager Sarah should be fired.

Poor service.

Had to pay an extra 100.00 for a cot and 1 extra adult for 2 nights. Now this room had 2king size beds and we were content with that but they said 2 adults and 2 children. Not use to this kind of service, usually accomadated by other hotels so was surprised. The front staff were not willing to work with us.
