"The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained. We made a good choice in booking a room with balcony. Having a cup of coffee in a good weather at the balcony is so chill. Having air-conditioner is also a great surprise! The location is great too! It is not at the centre but it just takes 5-7 mins to walk to the train station, 20-30mins walk or 10mins by tram to old town. We enjoy the quietness by staying in an area with more locals than tourists. "

"Although I did check in quite late on, and checkout pretty early; I very much enjoyed the limited amount of time I stayed here. I was in one of the Suites for the night, and I slept so soundly. Soundproofing wasn’t great, and there was a bit of noise from others in the hallways but it didn’t disturb me at all. After a long day travelling, the first shower I had after checking in was ethereal! Transport to the airport was incredibly easy and began one minute walk from the front door of the hotel. If/ when I am back in Nice, I will likely stay here again! "

"Clean and spacious room | Reception staff was friendly and helpful; Overnight staff is security guards only, thus, it’s a bit challenging to communicate in English as the guard only understands French - however, we made use of Translation to help successfully. | Lift was out of service the 1st morning since we moved in and was still not working for the rest of our trips (5 days), which made customers hard to carry luggage/ walk back to the rooms."
