"Great location- really cool pub atmosphere. Room was comfy with great a/c and powerful shower. Really quiet as facing the common. Wifi was not great, but we were on top floor."

"We were just there as an overnight stay. When we arrived I was a little worried because the Gateway Hotel was right on the main road going through Clapham, but you didn’t hear much road noise at all. We were there during the heat wave and was pleasantly surprised by a portable AC unit for the apt. I would definitely go there again and recommend it to others."

"We paid for a standard double room. We were given room 105 next to reception. This room was very small. The sink in the bathroom could not lift your arms up to wash easily. The window did not close correctly or allow the lower part of the window to be open. Mcdonald's is next to this guest house. It closes at 2am ! The noise from this is terrible and you will not any sleep@ We did not get to sleep until 0230 and we're woken again at 0400 with bins being pulled about. The door to the room had...

"Room was clean but maybe needed a bit of renovation. Hotel is great with some great views across London. Staff helpful. Food in the restaurant pretty good also."
