This was the cleanest and user-friendliest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be close to everything but bot right I. The middle of it.
The hostel is part of the old prison and most of the rooms were actual jail cells. The majority of the prison is attached with tours. Do the nighttime torchlight tour - you won’t be disappointed.
Perth is easy to get to by train and the ferry to Rottnest is just a short walk away....

I've stayed in many hostels around the world, and this particular hostel had one of the best kept clean shared restrooms. The bed was comfortable and the overall property was good. The location was fantastic with convenient location to the train and ferries. The only issues I had with the place was that the internet was a bit slow, and I didn't like the fact that you have to check out at 10:30am. Why not just make it 11:00am like most hostels. It's almost like they are trying to rush you out or...
