"The hotel is located next to the Chattahoochee River and the hotel has swings, picnic tables and benches for their guests' use. We enjoyed sitting beside the river and watching the people tubing float by. It was very comfortable with large trees providing shade and an occasional breeze."

"We really loved staying in this property. I stayed at the Big Horn room and it was great, my girls enjoyed it so much, it was beautifully decorated and it was SO clean. Renee was always available to contact in case of any questions and we also met the owner who was on the property making sure everything was smooth. If I go back to Helen, I will definitely stay here again. "

"Our room hasn't been cleaned. And from the dust and what was wiped up in the tub I don't know how long it sat empty... the carpet very clearly hadn't been vacuumed. There were crushed potato chips and other crumbs on the floor. Many stains in the carpet as well. The bed was comfy and linens in it were clean. Bath towels had stains on all of the sizes. A/c worked great so that was good. We paid extra to have the jacuzzi room and when we wiped out the tub it was apparent the tub hadn't been...

"We enjoyed the home - it had several nice aspects. Very clean, good kitchen, the king bed was super-comfortable, and the many options in lighting and ceiling fans was appreciated. "I booked this hoochee haus for a nice quiet getaway and to celebrate my birthday. It did not disappoint. The place ws so clean. It had all the things i needed. And the view on the river was so beautiful i could not have had a better place. It was close enough to walk to the little town. Or park in town and wander around all day and then drive back. The weather was great. The people were friendly. I met a new friend on my last day there. I will return to this hoochee haus."

"Leisha's place was the perfect spot for a solo retreat after a long year of work and life demands. The creek's "song" is so present and clean there, and I was refreshed!! Everything one could expect to need was provided, plus extra. (I bought some wood and left it there even though they have a covered pile). I made a fire by the creek, floated in the creek, listened to and played music on the porch with some coffee, or a glass of wine, and cooked a couple of meals in the fully equipped kitchen....

"The natural beauty of the area around Brasstown Valley Resort is incredible. God's handiwork on display! Overall our experience was excellent. The only negative was that the Brassies Grill was understaffed every time we either ate there or tried to eat there. For the price of items on the menu and the fact that it was the only option for food at certain times at the resort, they definitely could do better. "
