So far they have not honoured this, claiming the host is responsible. The host is unresponsive, twice given excuses to VRBO- just up, couldn’t access their computer but would resolve this within 24hrs (lied). 2nd attempt- told that the property managers were going into a meeting but would get back within a couple of hours… VRBO guarantee...

"Rosa - our host - was friendly and informative about what to see and do in Glasgow. We were there for 4 nights and found the apartment was in a perfect location to get into the city centre on the subway or take a leisurely walk along the river. We were close to great food and music!
