"The Grand is a nice property. Very quiet and clean with a friendly staff. Appreciate the urn of ice water available in the lobby. It's well situated downtown. Very happy with my room. The bed was huge! The room did get a bit stuffy at night even with the ceiling fan. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Very much enjoyed my short stay. Visited family so definitely staying at The Grand again. "

"Staff was top knotch! So friendly and helpful. I told them about a yellow jacket nest under a canopy at the pool, and the woman immediately went and took care of it! Only negative was my washer and dryer combo did not work. Tried drying the clothes 3 different times for a total of 2 1/2 hours and still were not at all dry. One of the wonderful employees did come try to fix the washer when it first had an error code on it. But after it was done washing, all the staff were off duty for the night,...
