"It was very nice and quiet out in the walking areas to doors. My room was very clean and ready for my arrival. Only concern I had was a few lights and outlets were out or not working properly. The house keepers even gave me a few extra minutes to get ready since I almost over slept my 11am check-out time. I will come back here when I have the chance next work trip. Thanks In of Rockwall"

"Excellence began with the friendly greeting at the front desk for check-in. The 'lobby' is more like a comfortable living room. Our room was cool and comfortable. The bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower. We also had dinner in Rick's Chop House. Historic Downtown McKinney has numerous good restaurants within 1 or 2 blocks. "

"Black mold in the restroom, wallpaper about to peel as well. I did like the tile flooring in the restroom area and there are roaches but minimal."

"We had a great time staying here. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The patio & backyard is large and we were lucky to have perfect weather to hang out there. They could use additional kitchen items to use and/or cook with. Overall the stay was awesome! Would book again."
